    HI, I’m new here.

    Thinking of buying a 110 acre investment farm property in Devon North near Yarram. Lovely land, able to lease it out for cattle grazing or farm it ourselves ( not new to farming but new to this area).
    30 mins from the Latrobe Valley to the north and 20 mins from the beach to the south. Latrobe Valley may go ahead in a big way if more coal is mined.

    Any opinions?
