    HI Guys,

    This is my first post. Just polished of 0 – 130 Properties in 3.5 Years.

    Just a quick question of opinion. About 700m – 1km from my house was a golf course (2 x 9 hole courses seperated by a road)

    The courses were shut down and sat there for about 10 years. As of now, one of the 9 hole courses is been developed in housing and the other is being restored as a golf course.

    What effect do you think this will have on the house prices in my area?

     Hi callum, i saw the same thing happen in my suburb,and it has improved the surrounding property values. It is a quality development though, this will also have a bearing on what will happen in your area.
