Shameless begging – please help!

I’d like to the think our wonderful propertyinvesting.com forum is a place where we can reach out for help and support, and perhaps not just in the world of real estate investing? Hoping I’ve submitted enough posts/aupport/advice to warrant a personal request, and have hidden it away in hopefully the right off-topic place!

Well the truth is I’m a newly-ish wed (about to celebrate 1 year anniversary so can’t claim that for much longer). I’m in the fortunate position of being a finalist in a national “Bride of the Year” competition, 1 of 20 finalists. The winner is selected as the person who receives the most online votes, and the winning prize is $2,000 cash

As much as I’d like to say the winning money would go towards our next big property deal, the truth is I have a fundraising target of $5,000 for my church’s redevelopment which is due by June and unfortunately due to working full time, plus a casual job, plus a major renovation, my fundraising efforts have been on ice. $2k would really take the pressure off my back!!
