    Hi ALL

    Does anyone have any thoughts on Mawson Lakes South Australia and has anyone recently purchased in this area ?

    I can see that there are some good house and land packages in this suburb with good rental – plus with the University, shopping, cafe and lifestyle and also with the North of Adelaide starting to pick up in terms of growth I think this is an area that has some long term potential… any thoughts ???

    Also does anyone have any thoughts on St Clair Woodville – 8km to city and 5km to beach.. I dont know much about this area but plan to go for a drive on weekend to have a look

    Of the two which one would be better long term…

    Looking at the $360 – $460 price range…
