Hi,
anyone in the Moranbah area that can give a heads up as to what is happening up there with rentals. Spoke to a few agents who said that a couple of the larger companies have banned together and agreed not to rent anything for at least 5 weeks to try to bring down the high rents. Agent said that they had rec'd confirmation in writing from one of the companies that they won't be looking for rentals for at least 5 weeks.
Does anyone else know anything about this.Cheers
