    Just wondering if anyone out there would mind sharing their story of purchasing a turnkey over in the US without going over there? I'm after the good and the bad stories but hopeful there are some out there doing this successfully. It seems as though  vacancy, tenant issues and warzones are all to prevalent in the majority of the under 50k homes. Who has done is successfully please share your story!

    I am still looking for the right company to work with to do this well!
