    Does anyone have or know of a way to get into a groupbuy for RPData – South East Queensland OR PriceFinder.com.au

    Renovating For Profit (Cherie Barber’s company) offer RPDATA. I used it for Victoria until recently and only stopped using it because the Victorian Government forced RP Data to censor the sale date and sale price when used by anyone who is not a licensed real estate agent. I’m currently searching for other ways to access the uncensored data. As you are in QLD, you will have no problem.

    PriceFinder is available through RealestateInvestar. I also used this for a while, but they too suffer the same ridiculous restrictions imposed by the Vic govt.

    Hi we are a group of new investors that have access to Pricefinder. We have a few logins available at the moment.
    We have the full Platinum package for for QLD & NSW and Solo package all other states which is just basic.
    Our aim is to get the all states eventually as we get more people subscribing and can afford it.

    i used to have a full membership of Pricefinder here in Adelaide,but let it lapse.Would be interested in a share buy,or log in buy for SA if anybody has a spare.
