Hi can anyone provide me with details about ascot, I have been looking at the following homes which are priced close to their unimproved land value in ascot and can be sold in a few years if the property market recovers. Does anyone have experience in investing in ascot? these are desirable suburbs and when the market recovers these properties should also recover (once renovated).
