What a joke, I like the intro with the park.  Some of my favorite Disc golf courses are in beautiful parks in the inner city.  The characters come out at night though

For about the same price or a little more u can get something real nice in the art, plaza, or entertainment districts that will be worth over 100,000 again

this one is 45,000 and would be a nice one for anybodies portfolio.  Till it gets back to what it used to be worth you could rent it to a nice family or college kids for 1,000 a month. 

or you could buy something nice from Marshall for 35,000 hahaha

I wish i was more of a wholesaler and had more liquid to buy these type of houses more than ounce or twice a year.  Sadly i know this isn't going to last forever and prices will have to come back up.
