Can anyone give me advice or share experience of applying for a higher density coding. Want to know if it is worth it or generally more costly than if your block has existing higher coding. Property is Huntingdale where city of gosnells has recently given density bonus to select corner blocks within walking distance to shops/amenities. My corner block missed out by one street to be included. Haven't spoken to council yet but wonder if anyone else has been successful doing this or similar.
Best thing to do is to talk to the relevant council.
Sometimes lines can be redrawn – particularly at the moment with the focus on in-fill and densification.
