QLd Brisbane – I have my plans sealed from Council – how long will it take me to get the new title?

Hi All

I subdivided and followed through with plan sealing – they are going to come out today. I have a contract on one block of land and I will keep the other with a house and rent it out.

The buyers are fractious because they want to sign with a builder before the 31st Jan to get the $10 000 grant.

How long does it take for the plans to come out of the titles office once I submit them ??

Do you know if my buyers can sign with builders before we settle being in an unconditional contract??

This was a hard sub – I am so looking forward to the end of it – floods and market downturn did not make this project a profitable one – but I have a rental property now – so looking on the bright side!
