We are interested in hearing from those who have or are considering investing in USA real estate. Lets open this forum to be informative and we will give as much advice as we can based on the issues raised.
Where are you looking to invest and why?
What are your biggest concerns with investing in USA property?
What are your investment targets (bias between yield and capital growth)?
What types of property are you looking at investing in (residential single family homes, multi-dwellings, commercial)?
Has anyone experienced any issues after they have purchased?

Absolutely. We want to hear from people that have or might be investing in the US in order to find out what the specific issues are. AND in return, we are more than happy to give some free advice!

Perhaps as a starting point you should say who you are?

My only comment would be make sure the people you are buying these homes from , no matter where they are offered. That they also invest in those areas that they are selling… at the same time look forward to some questions form the folks here on this message board.
I look forward to any questions about Atlanta and Charlotte NC ….

If they are actually buying and closing on the houses the can do what ever. It would be nice to find out what lic is needed for the service they are providing .Which basically they are acting as real estate agent ( with out a lic ). Be interesting on the answers we get and the research you can find on this ( Jay )
