    Hi all,

I am looking to expand inter-state.
    Preferably in Sydney market.

    I am based in Queensland.

Can someone recommend a good solicitor or conveyancer in Sydney ?

He/she should investment property oriented, being property investor themselves and affrodable fees with good service quality.

Being interstate, I will have to communicate with them over phone, e-mail and post for paper signing etc.
Face-to-face may not be possible due to travel.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Best Regards,
    WC

I’m not sure if Terry W does conveyancing but if so i’d use him in a heart beat. If not, Terry or Mick will prob have some good recommendations.

    Cheers

    Jamie

    Hi,

Lawyer / Simple deals + more complex deals and trust etc…

http://www.mcbhm.com.au/ – Ask for Peter Mcbride ( the principle)

    Conveyancer – Straight forward purchases

    http://www.murphycosolicitors.com.au/ – Collin Murphy.

Note; Collin is not the most “talkative” guy – but he gets the job done efficient, quickly and with detail. ( he does sound grumpy at times, but that comes with old age i guess lol)

    Regards
    Michael
