Hello, I would really appreciate some help!!

My partner and I have just bought our first investment property/ies! woo hoo very exciting.

I am confused with the insurance

We have bought 4 units that are all seperately titled in Victoria ground level 2 bedroom units all on the one block

What insurance do i need? I have landlords, but i get confused with the strata insurance what is the difference between the strata insurance and building?

Do i need contents? Or do tenant get there own.

We will improve them as tenants move out.

I would really appreciate some guidance as it confuses me about strata insurance

    Thanks in advance!

It depends what your tolerance to risk is. You dont have to have any insurance if you dont want to, except if you have borrowed the money and your bank needs it.
