Hello to all and any input will be most grateful,

The IP permitted use is both offices and residential under a single Lease currently.
Originally the Lease worded residential but under the latest Lease without my knowledge its worded residence.Does it make a differance as to allow the tenant to live on the premises?
A clause under: Insurance and Damage: What happens if the property is damaged? Quote.if the lessor notifies the lessee in writing that the lessor considers that the damage is such as to make its repair impracticable or undesirable, the lessor or the lessee can terminate this lease etc End Quote. What damage relates to this clause?
Also would you class any of these as a default and where it may result in terminating a Lease: Pets kepted on premises, rooms to be used as storage rooms but where used for accommodation and other than the named lessee on the Lease others were residing on site.

    Thankyou,
    Pudd.
