By now everyone’s heard the announcement by the PM that we’ll have 2000 US militia based in Darwin.
As investors is this a golden opportunity with a major boost to accommodation requirements, spending, infrastructure, construction etc or is it just going to be a little blip on the horizon?
Housing is scarce in the top end, does this announcement spur investment in well located sites or for anyone to consider defence housing?
