We purchased a program through Cashflow Capital Pty Ltd.  They offered:

    * mentoring for life (which after a couple of months hasn't eventuated yet)
    * full education service to help you to the next level of investing (?)
    * 4 one on one meetings per year with a mentor (who's since left company) and a personal property coach and a life plan
    * financial plan to make real money

Does anyone know anything about this company?

They sell cashflow positive properties as well for a fee so after listening to another person talk since we're thinking their education may not be too valuable.

Thank you for any opinions you can provide.

I'm not aware of the company or how they operate.

If you have the time and willingness to learn about property investing then you can probably do without these "paid" services.

This will sound bias – but utilising a decent IP savvy broker and accountant might help with answering most of the questions that you're paying the IP consultant guys for.

    Cheers

As far as I know, they act as a buyers agent looking for cf+ sites on the web/papers. Subscription services gives you access to their ‘list’ but I don’t know what they provide in the way of service.

    Nickelbug2,

The best advise is here. There is years and years of it to search back thought.

If you want to find cash-flow positive properties, then generally they are the properties selling in the bottom 5% of values in a given market. There would a about 20-30 suburbs in Sydney metro that would have cash-flow positive properties hiding in them.
