    Hi All,
    I have a question in relation to the QLD Gov Building Bonus Grant.

    At what stage do you get the Grant are you able to utilise it at the first payment or as the deposit post the contract being signed and approved by the Gov?

    If your claiming it via the bank channel ( most common way) then it will be used as part of your 1st payment draw down ( stage 1- base) ..you can not use it as a deposit, as you need to settle first.
