well i know it's been a while and the aussie dollar is doing ok vs the US. so i have changed jobs and am still saving madly… i am preparing to get my feet wet… i am almost there…ah awaiting tax return to see if i have to pay anything or if i get a lot back…. hoping for the latter.
I have been looking for more info on NIGEL like what he does google isn't coming up with much that is helpful… so NIGEL if you are out there…. what is it that you do? I am only curious as i have seen that you have posted 600ish comments and you fly between US and oz…wanting to tap in to see what you know.
I am sure you will hear from him soon, he is selling properties in Texas. Not sure what city as Texas is a big place
