Is the federal govt 7k FHOG still available or it was finished long time ago, in regards to NSW??

Still available, and currently no end date . only the FHOG-PLUS ( stamp duty) will change as of 2012 for NSW.

the reintroduction of the stamp duty in 2012 is no good for first home owners.
at least they still have the grant though!Oh and there are other ways for first home owners to get on the property ladder. check out: http://www.bigpondmoney.com.au/alternative-ways-to-get-on-to-the-property-ladder
Does the FHOG-PLUS only apply to RESIDENTS in NSW or does it apply to properties being BOUGHT in NSW?
E.G.
I'm a first home buyer living in QLD and I want to buy in NSW (all hypothetical), does that mean I can get away with no stamp duty (whilst this scheme is active)?Applies to ALL Australian resident buying IN NSW and declaring as PPOR.
