Good Buyers agent in Sydney

Hi all,
I am looking for a good buyers agent for the Sydney market for investment purposes.
The target price range is $300k – $400k.
If possible a house in growing areas. May be outer Sydney suburbs.
I had initial discussions with Metropole.
Are there any other good buyers agent specializing in $300-$400k price range.
How are the Hotspotting people as buyers agent?
The investment strategy is buy & hold and then renovate if feasible.
Initially buy & hold for good capital growth.
Any valuable inputs appreciated.

You could try Jacque Parker from House Search – plenty of positive comments on the Somersoft forum.

I had a few client who used Jacque Parker and they have been happy with their buy and her recommendations + i had the pleasure of meeting her a few month ago; very easy going and friendly lady.

Buyers' agents are licensed professionals that represent investors, home buyers and developers in purchasing residential and commercial real estate.

ive used Metropole before… wont be using them again… PM me if you want more info, prefer not to bad mouth in open forums.

I'd be interested to hear more regarding Metropole too. I'm considering to use them in Melbourne.

I attended their seminar in MEL two days ago and am considering using them as a buyers' agent for my next IP in MEL/ SYD.
