All Topics / Help Needed! / Buyers Agent in Melbourne
Hi All
My partner and I are looking at getting back into the IP market again after having a small amount of success 8 years ago in short term buy/hold properties which allowed us to be in our home now with a very small mortgage.
We are now in a position in which we have good equity, and good cash flow, but are a bit time poor ( 3 young children!)
We have had meetings with Custodian Wealth Builders in which we both agreed were not a bad way to go… but possibly there is a better way, in which would be a Buyers Agent. So my question is… can anyone recommend a good buyers agent in Melbourne? Also any insight/feedback on CWB would be great to.
Thanks
A fellow broker in Melbourne I know speaks highly of these guys http://www.parkerinvest.com.au/
I can't personally vouch for them but it's another option.
Cheers

Hi ,
I havent heard much about CWB. Were you looking to invest in melbourne? Buyers agents usually charge you a percentage of the price of the property. I peronally don't believe it's the right way to go as it's not in there interest to get you the best possible price. However there are some that have a fixed price usually between (10K-25K). We help people but IP'S in melbourne and surrounding areas. You can give me a call on 0430049077 and I would be more than happy to have a chat to you about what we do and how we could help you out.

Typically when Melbourne house prices peak, there is a move to Victorian regional cities, driven by affordability…until of course the increased demand also creates house price inflation in these places as well.
Buyer’s agents are independent of the vendor and are devoted to ensuring you receive the best outcomes as the buyer. Thanks for share such a nice post.

In an industry filled with fly by nighters I don't think there is a higher commendation than this.

AlistairNot sure about CWB but give Antony Bucello at National Property Buyers a call if you want a good buyer agent in Melbourne.
