What are the pros and cons living next to a hospital?
Thanks in advance for your input. If you need emergency treatment it would be handy
If you didn't – then I would imagine all the commotion associated with living close to a hospital would be quite a pain (pardon the pun).
My immediate thought is that it would have a negative impact – but I could be wrong.
Cheers

I lived near a hospital once. Never any on street parking. Could be easy to rent if hospital is associated with a university.
I heard it’s handy to rent out to “family of long term patients” normally patient’s family who live quite far away….most hospital would have a list of recommended accommodation for patients and their family which you could easily be added to the list if it’s “patients” friendly…ie not on main road, close to hospital and transport, Wheel chair friendly- lower kitchen and toilets etc…

You'd want double-glazed windows to cut out the noise of the ambulance sirens…
