    I am a preparing to invest in US property via my super funds. I have an existing SMSF with a corporate trustee. I was not sure how the establishment of the LLC is handled – is the LLC owned by the Corporate Trustee or the SMSF itself? Is the SMSF Member listed as the Manager of the LLC.? Do you ever recommend a C Corporation?
