All Topics / General Property / NSW FHOG ends 1/1/2012
The NSW FHOG stamp duty will ends on 1/1/2012. However a replacement grant for new homes, Vacant land and substantially renovated homes will be available to FHO and Investors.
What affect would this have on the housing market? (if any)…the substantially renovated homes part is interesting
