We are looking at purchasing property in Atlanta. Can anyone offer advice in relation to finance for foreign investors? We are not interested in using our Australian property. Ideally we would like to buy 2-3 properties. We are going to US in October if that’s any benefit. I have read that a letter from our current financier in relation to our loan conduct may help….has anyone got any experience with this?
