    Hi People,

    I’ve just moved out from my PPOR into the metro city area for work purpose and now rent out my own unit into some tenants.

    Is it possible to use Property Tax Depreciation benefits quantity surveyor to claim depreciation on my IP ?

    any advice would be greatly appreciated.
