is any one doing this and if so is it successful?
I am trying to sell a refurbished property in my super fund but being a slow market, its' proving difficult.
There are many sites offering to "sell your home fast" etc, presumably under some sort of rent to buy or vendor finance arrangement.
I would be happy to try doing this myself without a "go between" but find it difficult to find any sites where I can advertise the property.Hi
In relation to doing it yourself, I'd suggest you make sure that you don't run foul of the National Credit Act. An overview of this issue, as it relates to vendor financiers can be found at: http://www.vendorfinanceinstitute.com.au/home/acl-pack/
Some places to advertise your vendor finance property are:

http://www.vendorfinancedirectory.com.au
http://www.vendorfinancerealestate.com.au
http://www.gumtree.com.auCheers, Paul

thanks Paul, only looking at a one of at present.
So it will have to be a possible rent to buy.
