    G'day all,

I have just leased out my 4th investment property and I am now looking to monitor everything a bit more closely in terms of management costs. I have never had a good grasp of microsoft excel and I am now looking for an easy to use spreadhseet (free is best) where I can enter all incoming and outgoing expenses for all 4 properties for the financial year. If anyone has any good spreadsheets they are willing to share or point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks for your time. Cheers

    Hey Tugger,

Have you tried doing a good old google search? There are probably a number of templates out there you could access.
