Hi,
I want to buy one property in Frankston with the intent of building another two-storey 3 bedroom house at the back of it, and planning to subdivide the two houses down the track.
Having already talked to a number of authorities, including council, and specialists like town planning consultant and builders I came to a conclusion that I would not manage myself to do the due diligence properly in a limited time frame: checking all the utilities, planning regulations, site suitability etc. etc.
Not to mention the organisation and control of the development process.I will really appreciate if someone could recommend me a Project Manager who could take the whole task of checking the property, by ringing the right people at the right time and then managing the whole development and construction process.
