Our next APN meeting in Melbourne on Monday 1st August is going to be a ripper, as always
We have Frank Perry from Perry Town Planning – one of Melbourne's leading planning and property consultancy firms – to come and teach you what he knows and what he knows is a lot.

Frank is an expert in all aspects of planning; legislative, statutory, regulatory and consultancy.

Frank is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) and a member of the Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association (VPELA). He is a sessional lecturer at VUT and an occasional lecturer the Department of Planning and Community Development.

We had Frank speak at one of our first few Active Property Network meetings and was well loved so we thought we would bring him back to speak more about what he knows about town planning.

It is not often that you get to hear a town planning speak without having a project ready to go so come and listen to Frank speak and soak up as much information as you can.

We also have Medine Simmons from Step By Step Property Success who is continuing with her research topics. This month Medine is going to help you SET THE CRITERIA. Are you focuses when you search for properties or all over the place well let Medine help you out

And of course I will be talking again. This month I want to show you the importance of Due Diligence. I have made a mistake in my investing because I did not do my due diligence. I learnt my lesson and it was a hard lesson to take.
