    Hi,

    Does anyone has recommendation for a good electrician in the eastern/south eastern part of Melbourne?. 

    My tenant's just informed me that the downlights in the bedroom of my property is making a buzzing sound when it's on and that the heat lamp in the bathroom keeps blowing even though they have changed the bulbs several times.  I wonder if there's an electrical fault somewhere in the house.  Better get it sorted.
