    Hi All,

Just a question for the mortgage brokers out there.

Are there any lenders that will use annuity income in their serviceablity calculators or dividend/distribution income from listed shares?

If so,  what sort of evidence do they require? And how long would the annuity or shares need to be held for?

    Hi Maurice

Yes i can think of a couple of lenders that will take both into consideration in varying amounts.

Essence is the consistancy of the income so normally last 2 Year Tax Returns will be sufficient.

    Cheers

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for your reply.

Are you able to name the lenders and their products?
