    I just received this from the OSR (NSW):

    Regional Relocation (Home Buyers Grant) Act 2011

    This new grant commences on 1 July 2011 and provides a one-off $7,000 grant.

    The purpose of the grant is to assist home owners in relocating from their metropolitan home to a regional home.

    Note, in some suburbs you may be able to receive the grant by moving a short distance to cross the boundaries. Newspapers report it could apply in some suburbs by moving a few streets.
