Hi, Everyone. i Just want to share my experience with this construction company. Without doing research who the developer was,,, i bought my first investment property in Toongabbie at good price….i had no complaints from my tenants and Starr partners are managing it.
After a year, i heard few minor issues in the property…..
we inform the company through the sales agent. and the issues were resolved in a week time and those issues were because of tenants who was not maintaining the property properly.
After a year i had bought one more investment property from them in westmead recently settled and am happy as i have now ongoing relationship with them. They listen to me, if any issues.
I am building my portfolio, if next year, if these properties are successful and if these gives me a good equity, i will look for one more for my son. if these properties are working well, then i will approach with this developer again.if any one needs to contact me, please post on general property forums and i will reply soon.

Course Jason might be a happy buyer but he could also be the Sales Manager.
Wondered if he checked with ASIC before he went to Contract.
