Hey Perth folk,
Can anyone recommend some good tradies? About to start planning a cosmetic facelift of my tired old IP in East Perth. Thinking new bathroom + kitchen facelift, floors + walls. Will try to do as much prep work myself as possible, including ripping out old stuff, and will look at just replacing cupboard doors/bench/sink etc instead of new kitchen entirely. But at the very least I need a great plumber as there’s an existing damp issue I want fixed at the same time.
I’ve got a great plumber, highly recommended, in the Western Suburbs. but last time I called him out to another IP he added a hefty travel/callout fee as it was a fair bit off his regular patch. So looking for a CBD + surrounds guy preferably.
Would love you to post your recommendations, or PM me if you prefer. Also keen to learn about suppliers for me to look for the bathroom/kitchen goods.
