    Hi Guys,  I'm considering to purchase a Car Space in Melbourne CBD.  But I have no experience in this area.

    Can someone please give me some advice if this is a good Investment.

    How secure is this Investment or are the Fees eating away all the profits?

    I looked at it back in 2007, since then they have doubled in price. But have they reached there ceiling, that is still to be known.
