Gladstone Qld Property Manager

We have owned a 3bedrm unit in Gladstone City (Qld)since 2001 in that time we have had 5 different property managers from 3 diff realestate agencies. Mainly used the major high profile agency's and found them all very incompetant.  Own rentals in other Qld towns and can't speak highly enough of their profesionalism but struggle to find the equivelent in Glad. I could tell many stories of incompetance that we have experienced.   We need help desperately !  Can anyone recomend a good agent.    Gladstone is on the verge of a boom if you follow the media,  but god help the investor !!!
