Show me the Info????? please

Hi Folks,

New to this forum and so glad that i joined with all you wonderful people .

Correct me if iam wrong, i cant seem to find a consolidated pages where it shows all the useful links to find info about seaching for new INVESTMENT properties….below are some examples.

for example these are the topics and assoicated with the web site:

Search for property:

Search for rental vacancy stats

– i’ve seen other ones that are helpful and show stats

Search for Positive Geared Property
– ? seems some but will need to pay for it

Search for local meeting groups of investors per state (e.g. NSW)
-found one in Paramatta NSW
– not sure if there are any more out there?

Search for local available available mentors (for NSW)
-i’ve find Angel and she is willing to help me and i’ll appreciated … but i would have thought there would be list somewhere?

If anyone knows please let me know , i’ve just started looking into property investing and iam sure most of you in the forum has made your millions
It would be good if i had all these in one place so i cab just go back and use it to help find my first investment property.
