I would like to know, has someone from this great forum bought a house in Pemulwuy,, It is a nice small suburb with new houses and is new estate…. I am planning to buy a land there, and the vendor is keen on settlement, before I proceed I would like to know,,, is the suburb nice, in terms of locality,,,, price growth,, and other overall factors, Have someone here before looked at this suburb and have experienced any downturns,,,, please let me know your thoughts on this suburb,,,,,,,,,,,,,Thanking all of you wonderful people in advance,,,,,,,,,,,,
