    Hi, can someone please tell me if this is correct. I can build x amount of properties, torrens title subdivide them and then strata title them after they have been subdivided so that I can rent them out for a while before I sell them. Because I have been told it is alot easier to torrens title subdivide before they are built then to do later down the track once completed. So i’m thinking this is the way to go.

    TT is the land title system used in Oz whereby the Crown guarantees the right to title unlike old system title.

    Strata is a form of TT which allows vertical subdivision.
