Yeah, iphones are the craze in Aus – many companies in property are making apps too for the iPhone.
An iphone compatible version of PI is a great idea… what about an app too?
iphones and apple are crap!
I have been using iphones for 6months and am going to convert to Samsung. I have just purchased a Galaxy tab 10.1 and they can do everything an ipad can do, but there is no need to use that stupid itunes at all. You just plug the thing in to your computer and copies files across. So I will be switching over my phone too.

Good move Terry, I have a Galaxy S and it’s very simple and compatible. I think the apple products are very good quality and very ingenious but they are very expensive and they do not want to be compatible with anything else. I don’t share apple’s idea of marketing, I think they will fail as they did before.
On the other hand Google has all open source and free. I have been using Android for two years and I’m very happy with the software. The galaxy tab is my next stepJust my point of view

I must admit, I haven't sussed out the competition but I couldn't imagine life without my iPhone and iPad – especially for business. I'm heading into Optus tomorrow to pick up a 4S – I might have to check out the Galaxy while I'm there.

iPhone app would be fantastic. I’m a member of an automotive forum and the iPhone compatible version makes it much easier.
Also maybe simplify it down to the iPad too. I find that I have to zoom in to press the buttons when using it on the iPad (maybe I need glasses!)
Cheers!
Android is the way to go now. I am ditching my apples because of the cumbersome need for itunes.

True, pc is definitely the way to go when it comes to computers. My mrs has a macbook pro (photographer)- but I struggle using it.
I must admit that the apple products I have are much less work-orientated than they should be. Can’t get enough of some apps!
I keep iTunes only for syncing, media player is the best hands down for playback. Thinking a changeover to Android in a year or so.Thanks Steve – that would be rad! Especially in those 'I am bored' waiting around moments.. I could read or post a few forums instead of facebooking – much better use of my time!
Cheers,
EmHi all, any progress on a mobile version, the new interface looks great on a PC but is very awkward on a mobile.
Far too much zooming and panning required now.

Any progress towards a mobile version of the forum yet ??
I think Tapatalk or an actual app would be great for this forum.
Have there been any advances on these?
Please Steve can you put this on tapatalk???
Hi Waydo. Are you able to access the forum via tapatalk now?
