    Just came across this article.  Thought it would be nice to share if you have properties or are looking to acquire any in the U.S.

    This is why Kansas City to me is a safe bet.

    Where did it mention Kansas City though? The article really does look at metro areas of its cities and to me this doesn't mean outlying suburbs etc.

    I agree with morpheusbushy, the article only includes data from metro areas. I would like to see the data for outlying suburbs in Miami and Orlando especially. I do know that rents are high in these markets, but I’m willing to bet that there is a high percentage of people who can afford to live in the outlying suburbs.
