Does anyone have a current opinion on the suburb of St Andrew's Farm. Am looking at a new build there,, 3 bed 2 bath, 15.88 sq on land ranging between 318 and 556sqm. Understand the northern expressway and advent of the military base around there have seen a lot of development in the northern suburbs and there has been siginificant rejuvenation in and around the northern suburbs. But is there anything else I am missing either negative or positive? Any opinions appreciated.
