    Would anyone have an idea of the approximate cost of restumping, rewiring, and replumbing a 60 year old 3 br weatherboard house?

    We are looking to purchase an older property and are considering the benefit vs cost of these three jobs, both for "restoration" purposes and potential Value Adding to the property.
