For anyone that’s interested – my wife and I (and our two fur children) are in the young guns section of API this month.
Thought it might be a good opportunity for forum clients that I haven’t physically met to put a face to the name/voice.

Hi Jamie.
I gather it is the May edition that I haven't got yet. I look forward to seeing you and your family in API magazine and my hat off to you as you must be doing something very right to be in one of API's articles and not an advertisement. I do hope,after having read more about you in API, that readers and contributors to this forum come to realise that there are some significant contributors of time, knowledge and experience to this Forum such as yourself. Congratulations!

Hi Jamie.
I didn't get the "our two fur children" bit until I got the May edition of API magazine today. They obviously didn't get their mother's looks! In all seriousness, I particularly love the paragraph, "Jamie says their confidence in their plans comes from all of the homework they've done and the advice they've sought from industry professionals". These words, more than most others, are the key to getting ahead no matter what one invests in. Again, my sincerest congrats!

Haha – I should have clarified, they’re my two pugs. They were on their best behavior for the shoot – it’s amazing what pugs will do for a treat.

We also managed to get into this magazine under the Property Managers page. Some interesting experiences with tenants and landlords are listed.
