    I have a question on stamp duty. Will you pay stamp duties when you subdivide? We are subdividing a property which I and my wife co-owned with a friend. We will buy off from our friend her share on the land at the back when subdivided. The land with the existing house will still remain all under our names (meaning including our friend, coz she can't afford to buy our share).
