    Hi all,

    On the lookout for a draftsperson in ACT who could draw me up some plans for a dual occ. development.
    Does anyone here have someone they have used in the past/ heard isnt too bad?
    Also, a rough idea of price?

    Hi Teg

    Might be an idea to start a thread on somersoft as well. There's a few Canberran's over there that might help – one of which is a builder who's likely to have these contacts.

    How did you go with ACTPLA and the sub-division in Melba?

    Hi Jamie,

    I did give ACTPLA a call and am quickly learning that nothing is as simple as it seems! As you said, block has to be in R2 zoning which it wasn’t- so onward to the next. Great learning process though for a total novice. I’m sure something will pop up when the time is right :)
