    Hi, Guys:  I have a rental property in archerfield, south brisbane. I am thinking of  getting a experienced property manager to manage the property for me. Preferrably, the property manager work in a real estate whose focus is property management(not property sales).

    I heard a good property manager can maintain the rental with the market, keep the property in good condition.
