    Hi,

    Has anyone had any experience or knowledge of removing a clause in the title that states;
    Restriction on use (Prevention of Subdivision), see section 77b Crown Lands Act 1989.

    I have perused the relevant act and spoken to a Solicitor, though not specialising in Conveyancing Laws, they state that it can be removed with an application to the relevant authorities.

    Has anyone successfully completed this?

    Try speaking to a town planner and surveyor that has experience in your area.
